Entry-level Merchandiser in Muscat, Oman


We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Entry-level Merchandiser to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing product displays, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring that our products are always well-stocked and visually appealing to customers. This position requires no previous experience and is open to both men and women. We also offer accommodation for our employees who may require it.

Responsibilities:
- Implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and visibility of products
- Maintain store shelves by restocking products and ensuring proper placement
- Create eye-catching displays to attract customers' attention
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any product shortages or overstocking issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective promotions and marketing events
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant college degree preferred
- No previous experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physically fit to handle lifting and moving of merchandise

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this entry-level position.
