As a personal trainer in our fitness center located in Manama, you will be responsible for providing individualized training programs and guidance to clients of all fitness levels. Your main duties will include assessing clients' fitness levels, creating personalized workout plans, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, and monitoring progress. You must have a strong knowledge of different exercises and equipment, as well as the ability to motivate and educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits. This part-time position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work flexible hours. While previous experience is preferred, we welcome candidates without experience who are passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals. This position offers a salary of 1100$, but can also provide opportunities for growth within our company.
