Art Director (Indian Nationality)


We are a creative agency located in Medina, seeking an experienced and talented Art Director to join our team. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and dynamic environment, collaborating with other creative professionals to bring our clients' visions to life. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of designers and artists, providing direction and guidance on projects
- Develop concepts and design solutions for various client projects, including print, digital, and multimedia campaigns
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques, incorporating them into design strategies
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director in a creative agency or similar environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across various mediums
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Own visa preferred
