Courier Delivery Associate

As a Courier Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities:
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicle
- Plan and follow the most efficient route for delivery
- Ensure all packages are delivered accurately and on time
- Use handheld device to track and confirm deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and concerns
- Collect payments from customers, if required
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries
- Report any issues or delays to the supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as a courier or in a similar role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with Dar Kulaib roads and neighborhoods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Must have own visa and valid residency permit in Bahrain

Working Schedule:
This is a full-time job, with work hours from [insert schedule]. Overtime may be required during busy periods.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, plus benefits such as health insurance, annual leave, etc.
