Executive Chef - Mecca, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and cater to our guests' preferences
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation, presentation, and safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure consistency in dishes
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to give clear instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating unique dishes

Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a professional kitchen
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
