Administrative Director - Dukhan, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director to oversee the daily operations of our company in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Administrative Director, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth functioning of the organization.
Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee or Egyptian national
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with administrative procedures and systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven experience in budget management and financial analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the company
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient flow of information and tasks
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage office supplies inventory and monitor expenses against budget
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and present them to senior management
- Support recruitment processes by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, etc.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Handle employee inquiries regarding company policies and procedures
- Supervise administrative staff
- Perform other related duties as assigned
