We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Waiter/Waitress at our busy restaurant in Isa Town, Bahrain. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take orders and serve food and beverages
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, floors, and restrooms
- Cooperate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems
- Upsell additional products when appropriate

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Must have accommodation in Isa Town or be willing to relocate
