Clinical Dietitian


The Clinical Dietitian will be responsible for providing nutritional care and support to patients in a healthcare setting. They will work closely with the medical team to develop personalized nutrition plans for patients based on their medical conditions and dietary needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of nutrition and its impact on various health conditions, as well as excellent communication and counseling skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting nutrition assessments and developing individualized nutrition plans for patients based on their medical history, laboratory results, and dietary preferences
- Collaborating with the medical team to monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to their nutrition plans
- Providing education and counseling to patients on proper nutrition and lifestyle changes to improve their overall health
- Ensuring compliance with special diets, food allergies, and food-drug interactions in patient meal planning
- Maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress notes, assessments, and interventions
- Staying updated on the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition therapy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited university
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Clinical Dietitian in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition therapy for various health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, renal disease, etc.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills with the ability to empathize with patients from diverse backgrounds
- Experience working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary medical team
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Urdu/Punjabi is preferred
- Valid license or registration as a Dietitian
- Willingness to work on a contract basis with accommodation provided
- Own visa or ability to obtain one
