We are in need of an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end bakery in Muharraq. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of delicious pastries, desserts, and baked goods. Your role will involve overseeing the entire pastry department, from recipe development to presentation, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Create and develop new pastry recipes while keeping up with current trends
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts
- Decorate pastries using different techniques to enhance their appearance
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the pastry kitchen
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff on proper techniques and recipes
- Ensure all pastries are presented beautifully and served at the correct temperature
- Follow food safety standards and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment
- In-depth knowledge of different baking techniques, flavor profiles, and ingredients
- Ability to create new recipes while following dietary restrictions or customer preferences
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail for accurate measurements and presentation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to effectively train staff
- Diploma or degree in culinary arts or relevant field is preferred

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
