A reputable retail store in Abu-Dhabi is seeking an experienced Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide them with a warm welcome
- Scan and bag items for customers at the checkout counter
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions using a POS system
- Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and policies to answer customer inquiries
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a cashier in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using a POS system
- Attention to detail and ability to handle cash accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Fluency in English is required

Benefits:
This is a contract position with competitive salary of 1700$. We do not provide accommodation but visa sponsorship can be arranged for the right candidate.
