Restaurant Manager for Indian/Pakistani Cuisine in Dubai



We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Indian/Pakistani cuisine restaurant in Dubai. As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining a positive work environment for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Ensure that all food served meets our high-quality standards and is prepared in a timely manner.
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work culture.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability while maintaining cost controls.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an Indian/Pakistani cuisine restaurant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian/Pakistani cuisine, ingredients, cooking techniques, and menu development.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good understanding of cost control measures and experience with budget management.
- Familiarity with inventory management software is preferred.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
