Restaurant Manager (Egyptian Nationals)
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant located in Dubai. We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to lead our team and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and budget
- Train and develop staff to maintain high-quality service standards
- Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Plan and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed
- Create schedules for staff to ensure proper coverage during peak hours
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and special promotions
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary: $1300 per month
Location: Dubai (no accommodation provided)
