Part-Time Office Assistant (Al-Malikiyah, Syria)
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operations of our workplace. This position is open to women who are looking for a flexible and accommodating work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate staff members
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Keep track of employee attendance records and assist with scheduling appointments or meetings
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
- Assist with preparing documents, presentations, reports, or other materials as needed
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office space
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.
