Administrative Assistant


We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant for our company in Sharjah. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and looking for part-time work on their own visa. Students are also welcome to apply.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team by handling various administrative tasks. This may include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing files and documents, and managing emails. You will also assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and bookkeeping.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required for this role.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the administrative field while working flexible hours. We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.
