Our 5-star hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking an experienced Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel, with a strong knowledge of Indian dishes and cooking techniques. Responsibilities include menu planning, food ordering and inventory management, training and supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This is an urgent position with a salary of 1400$ per month, including accommodation and free visa and ticket. Fluent English is required. Only Indian nationals need apply.
