Baker for Traditional Bakery in Doha, Qatar


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team at a traditional bakery in Doha, Qatar. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods and pastries that meet the expectations of our customers. This is a full-time position that requires experience in baking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of traditional baked goods and pastries
- Follow recipes and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure all products are of high quality and meet food safety standards
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Train and supervise other bakery staff members as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Assist with creating new menu items and seasonal specials

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of traditional Malayalee baked goods preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Food safety certification is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Doha, Qatar. Preference will be given to Malayalee candidates, but all qualified individuals are encouraged to apply.
