Baker for a Busy Bakery in Doha

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at a busy bakery in Doha. This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about baking and has a strong attention to detail. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and ensuring quality control standards are met. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a bakery setting and should possess strong time management skills. As a Baker, your responsibilities will include:

- Mixing and preparing doughs, batters, and other ingredients according to established recipes
- Baking breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods in accordance with quality standards
- Decorating cakes and pastries using various techniques
- Ensuring all products are consistently baked to perfection
- Maintaining inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
- Cleaning work area and equipment after each use to ensure health and safety standards are met
- Assisting with creating new recipes and menu items as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a baker in a commercial bakery
- Knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Attention to detail with exceptional time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time while performing job duties
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work well under pressure

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable depending on experience)
