Personal Trainer (Contract, Al-Malikiyah)


We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Contract Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs and training sessions to clients of all levels and abilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience in the field to gain valuable practical experience while being supported by experienced trainers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their individual goals and needs.
- Develop customized training programs based on clients' goals, preferences, and physical abilities.
- Instruct and demonstrate proper techniques for exercises, using various equipment such as weights, machines, and cardio equipment.
- Monitor clients' progress and provide ongoing support and motivation to help them reach their fitness goals.
- Maintain a safe environment by following proper safety procedures for equipment use and enforcing gym rules.
- Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Requirements:
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all ages and fitness levels.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, nutrition, and weight management principles.
- Ability to design effective exercise programs that are tailored to individual needs.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Must be able to work independently while also collaborating with other trainers.
