Office Assistant - El-Ain, Egypt

We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and organized individual who is able to multitask and manage various office tasks efficiently. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, handling incoming calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and performing other general office duties as needed. This position is suitable for men and does not include accommodation. A valid work visa and ticket will be provided for Indian candidates. The salary for this position is 1000$ per month. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff
- Answer incoming calls and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain files, both electronic and physical
- Schedule appointments and meetings as requested by management
- Assist with data entry tasks as needed
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording expenses and generating invoices
- Perform other general office duties such as ordering supplies, photocopying, filing, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years of experience working in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
