Barista

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team on a temporary basis in Muharraq. As a Barista, your main responsibility will be to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, taking customer orders, and handling cash transactions. We offer accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to established recipes
- Ensure consistent quality of drinks by following proper preparation techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and different types of coffee beans
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a positive manner
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds comfortably
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Salary:
$1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
