Land Surveyor


We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Medina. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing maps and reports, and providing accurate data for construction projects. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Prepare detailed maps and reports based on survey data
- Provide accurate measurements and data for construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project accuracy
- Research and analyze land records to determine property boundaries
- Utilize computer software to assist with surveying tasks
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret maps, blueprints, and legal documents
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license and own transportation required
