Online Tutor
We are in need of an experienced and enthusiastic Online Tutor to join our team in Salalah. As an Online Tutor, your main responsibility will be to provide high-quality online tutoring sessions for students of various ages and levels. You will be responsible for creating personalized lesson plans based on each student's individual needs and goals, as well as evaluating their progress and providing feedback to parents or guardians.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting online tutoring sessions using various digital tools and platforms.
- Preparing personalized lesson plans for each student based on their learning goals and needs.
- Assessing students' progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and tests.
- Providing timely feedback to students, parents, or guardians on their academic performance.
- Collaborating with other tutors and teachers to ensure a cohesive learning experience for students.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and techniques in your field of expertise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience as an online tutor or in teaching/tutoring students of various ages and levels.
- Strong knowledge in the subject(s) you will be tutoring.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used for online tutoring.
- Passion for education and helping students reach their full potential.

We offer competitive compensation of 1500$ per month for this contract position. As this is an own visa job, candidates must have a valid work visa in Salalah.
