We are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our growing team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. You should have a passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices
- Ensure quality control by following proper recipes and measurements for each drink
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Keep the work area clean and presentable at all times
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the day
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and allergens to assist customers with their orders

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of different brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
