Executive Chef

We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to oversee our kitchen operations and lead our culinary team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be a creative and skilled professional with a passion for food and a strong understanding of international cuisine. The Executive Chef will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. They will also manage inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a proven track record in managing kitchen staff. A minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine-dining restaurant is required. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
