A reputable land surveying company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian national with a biometric passport and strong English communication skills to advance their career in the field of land surveying.

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and producing detailed reports for various land development projects. You must have prior experience in using advanced surveying equipment and software, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise measurements using total stations, GPS equipment, and other surveying tools
- Analyze data and produce detailed reports, including maps and charts
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate results
- Review project plans and specifications to determine the most efficient survey methods
- Maintain accurate records of all surveys conducted
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies and provide solutions
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in using total stations, GPS equipment, and other surveying tools
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and calculations
- Ability to read technical drawings and maps
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Must have a valid biometric passport from India
