Construction Manager
We are hiring a qualified Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects in Doha. The ideal candidate will have experience managing construction teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high safety standards. This role is suitable for men of Pakistani or Egyptian nationality, with excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Manage project budget and schedule, including procurement of materials and equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Supervise construction teams and provide guidance when needed
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and safety
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English
