Waiter in Medina (Indian nationality)


We are a busy restaurant in Medina, seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter to join our team. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks to guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with setup and breakdown of dining area before and after service

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid visa for Medina or be eligible for visa sponsorship
