An upscale resort in Salalah is seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef for a seasonal position. The ideal candidate must have experience working in high-end establishments and possess a strong knowledge of international cuisine. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating menus, managing inventory and food costs, and leading and training a team of kitchen staff. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing menus is crucial. A minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Chef is required. This position offers a competitive salary of 900$ per month without accommodation. Applicants with Omani nationality or previous experience working in Oman will be given preference.
