Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores to ensure products are displayed and stocked according to company guidelines
- Work closely with store managers to maintain positive relationships and address any issues or concerns
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with sales team about restocking needs
- Set up product displays and promotional materials as needed
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Gather market intelligence by observing competitor products and promotions

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, training will be provided on the job
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
