Merchandiser for Fashion Brand


We are seeking a talented and experienced Merchandiser to join our fashion brand in Lusail, Egypt. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing strategies to increase sales and profitability of our products. You will work closely with the design, production, and sales teams to ensure that our merchandise is displayed effectively and meets the needs of our target market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising plans in line with company objectives and target market
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Collaborate with design team to create new product concepts based on consumer trends
- Coordinate with production team to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
- Work closely with sales team to analyze sales data and develop strategies to boost sales
- Create visual displays that effectively showcase our products in stores or online
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings
- Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and favorable terms
- Manage budget for merchandising activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the fashion industry
- Knowledge of garment production processes and supply chain management
- Familiarity with market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
$1200 per month

Lusail, Egypt
