Administrative Assistant - Al-Khor, Qatar
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters
- Maintain and update office records and databases
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Urdu is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
