Cashier for Retail Store in Jizan, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a customer-oriented and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team at a retail store in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Scan items, process payments, and issue receipts accurately
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Count cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure accurate transactions
- Process returns and exchanges according to store policies
- Promote store promotions and loyalty programs to customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a cashier or in a similar role
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
