Courier Supervisor
As the Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our courier team in Ar Rumaythiyah. Your main duties will include managing and scheduling deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages, monitoring inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for supervising and training new couriers to ensure they are following company protocols and meeting performance targets.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience working as a courier and be familiar with the local area. Strong leadership skills are essential as you will be overseeing a team of couriers. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail are also crucial in ensuring efficient delivery processes.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and schedule deliveries to ensure timely delivery of packages

- Maintain accurate records of all delivery transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during deliveries
- Communicate any delays or issues with deliveries to customers in a timely manner
- Adhere to all safety regulations while driving and handling packages

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a courier or in a similar role
- Knowledge of local roads and areas in Ar Rumaythiyah
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tracking delivery transactions
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy packages
- Must have a valid driver's license
