We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented and highly organized Wedding Planner to join our team in Doha. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings, from initial consultations to the big day. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for event planning and a keen eye for design.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision for their wedding and provide guidance on budgeting, venue selection, vendor recommendations, and more
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for all aspects of the wedding, including ceremonies, receptions, rehearsals, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure all services are scheduled and executed smoothly
- Assist with event design and decor selection
- Manage RSVPs and guest lists
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for the event
- Provide on-site coordination during the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly

Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of local vendors, venues and wedding trends in Doha preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field is an asset

Salary: 1800 USD/month

Location: Doha

Preference will be given to African candidates without English language requirements. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. Accommodation will be provided by the company. This position is open to both men and women.
