Entry-Level Sales Manager


We are hiring an Entry-Level Sales Manager to join our team in Muscat! As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and meeting targets for our company. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1300 per month. We are open to candidates without experience as long as you have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Visa sponsorship is also available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet targets
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Prepare sales reports and present them to management on a regular basis
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and lead generation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
