Crane Operator



As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating a crane to lift, move, and position heavy equipment and materials on construction sites in Sharjah. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure efficient and safe movement of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate various types of cranes to lift, move, and position equipment and materials
- Inspect crane before and after each use to ensure it is in proper working condition
- Communicate with construction team to determine the best placement of materials
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and procedures
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations as needed
- Keep accurate records of daily activities including materials moved, time spent on each task, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance on crane as needed

Requirements:

- Valid Crane Operator license/certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in a construction setting
- Ability to operate various types of cranes including tower cranes, mobile cranes, etc.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to crane operation
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members

Salary: The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Preferred Nationalities: We welcome applications from Pakistani or African candidates who meet the requirements for this position.

Language Requirements: There is no English proficiency requirement for this job. However, basic communication skills are necessary.

Employment Type: This is a full-time job requiring 40 hours per week.

Experience: No prior experience is required for this position. However, candidates with previous experience operating cranes will be given preference. On-the-job training will be provided as needed.

Location: This job is based in Sharjah but may require travel within the UAE depending on project locations.
