Entry Level Baker



As an entry level baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of products such as breads, pastries, and desserts. Your duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, decorating finished products, and maintaining a clean work area. This role is suitable for men and offers visa sponsorship for non-native English speakers.

Key Requirements:
- No prior experience is required, but a passion for baking and willingness to learn is essential.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Shape dough into desired forms, such as loaves or rolls.
- Bake products in ovens or other equipment.
- Decorate finished products with icings, glazes, or toppings.
- Clean work area regularly to maintain food safety standards.
- Monitor product quality to ensure consistency.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
