Office Assistant - Full Time, with Accommodation and Visa Sponsorship
We are currently hiring for an Office Assistant to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah! As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expenses
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Fluent English language skills are required
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with accommodation provided by the company. We also provide visa sponsorship for suitable candidates. This position is open to both men and women.
