A reputable event planning company in Jeddah is seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as a Wedding Planner. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of wedding planning, including but not limited to venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and day-of coordination.

Key responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding
- Research and recommend potential venues and vendors based on client preferences and budget
- Negotiate contracts with venues and vendors to ensure the best rates for clients
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for all aspects of the wedding
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure all services are delivered as promised
- Manage the budget for each wedding, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and within the client's budget
- Oversee the setup and execution of the wedding day, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Handle any last-minute issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day

Requirements:
- Prior experience in event planning or wedding coordination is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule, as weddings may require working on weekends or evenings
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Malayalam is a plus
