Construction Manager

Our construction company is seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage a team of professionals and subcontractors. The Construction Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment for all employees. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, along with accommodation provided. Candidates from African or Malayalee backgrounds are preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Manage project budget and ensure projects are completed within budget
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Create detailed project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Keep accurate records of project costs, progress, and any changes made
- Provide regular project updates to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
