Sales Manager - Al-Khor, Qatar
As a Sales Manager for our company in Al-Khor, Qatar, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve business growth and profitability. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new markets and potential clients, as well as maintain relationships with existing clients
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions
- Analyze sales data and provide insights for improvement
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales management or a related role (experience in the Indian market is preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions based on it
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field (MBA is a plus)
- Fluency in English is required (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Valid driver's license
