Entry-Level Barista in Lusail - Visa Sponsorship Available

As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea-based beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve hot or cold coffee and tea-based beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Handle cash transactions using our POS system
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
