We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks to our customers. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to create delicious and visually appealing drinks will contribute to the overall success of our café.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and more
- Explain menu items to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Ensure that all drinks are made according to company standards, recipes, and quality guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized workstations at all times
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS system
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Follow health code regulations in food handling and sanitation practices

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain menu items clearly
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
