Livestock Specialist - Abu Dhabi, UAE (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Livestock Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi on a contract basis. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and dynamic environment while utilizing your expertise in the field of livestock management.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee all aspects of livestock management, including feeding, breeding, health care, and record keeping
- Develop and implement strategies for improving herd health and productivity
- Monitor and control feed inventory levels to ensure proper nutrition for livestock
- Conduct regular assessments of livestock conditions and provide treatment as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of herd performance, production data, and expenses
- Train and supervise farm workers on proper handling and care techniques for livestock

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably with dairy or beef cattle
- Strong knowledge of animal husbandry practices and herd management techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and supervise others effectively
- Proficient in record keeping and data analysis
- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: 1700$ per month
