Job Title: Florist Specialist



We are seeking a creative, passionate and experienced Florist Specialist to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Florist Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create unique and visually appealing floral designs based on client preferences and event theme
- Order, receive and maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants and other floral materials
- Prepare flowers by removing thorns, arranging stems and adding preservatives to ensure longevity
- Assemble bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, boutonnieres and other arrangements
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering professional advice
- Handle cash transactions, maintain records of sales and track inventory levels
- Collaborate with event planners, photographers and other vendors to ensure seamless execution of events
- Continuously research industry trends to offer innovative designs to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a florist or in a similar creative role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers, greenery, colors and their seasonal availability
- Strong artistic ability with an eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy floral arrangements
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays or additional hours during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal education in floral design is a plus
