Restaurant Manager - Sharjah, UAE


We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food standards, and increasing profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food is served in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide necessary coaching and training as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Must be able to handle pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Salary: $1600 per month (tax-free) + accommodation + free visa + flight ticket.
