Construction Manager for Contract Position in El-Ain, Egypt

A reputable construction company in El-Ain, Egypt is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager for a contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to oversee all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the construction project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage project timelines and ensure that projects are completed within budget.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams to provide updates on progress and address any concerns.
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed.
- Identify potential risks or issues during the construction process and develop solutions to mitigate them.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Experience managing budgets and resources for large-scale projects.
