Egyptian Executive Chef in Ar-Ruwais


We are seeking a talented and experienced Egyptian Executive Chef to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes, as well as a strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that reflect the culinary traditions of Egypt while incorporating local ingredients and flavors
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients are sourced
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and assistants
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and high standards
- Monitor inventory levels and control food costs
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and ingredients to continuously improve menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment
- Proficiency in Egyptian cuisine with knowledge of traditional cooking methods and recipes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
