Operating machines and equipment to produce quality products. Setting up and adjusting machine controls to ensure proper production specifications are met. Monitoring the production process and making necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality standards. Inspecting finished products for defects or irregularities. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following company procedures and regulations. Troubleshooting and performing minor repairs on machines as needed. Communicating with team members to ensure smooth production flow. Following all safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment at all times. Must have experience in operating machinery, ability to read blueprints, strong attention to detail, and physical stamina to stand for long periods of time. Women candidates are encouraged to apply.
