Floral Assistant/Technician



We are seeking a skilled and creative Floral Assistant/Technician to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Florist, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and arrangement of flowers for various events and occasions. This is a part-time position suitable for English speaking individuals, especially Egyptian nationals, who are looking to gain experience in the floral industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing and arranging flower bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral decorations.
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers and supplies.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
- Provide recommendations on flower selection and arrangement styles.
- Ensure all arrangements are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
- Prior experience working as a florist or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
